How Datacate is Responding to the Coronavirus Outbreak

As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak continues to impact the way we all work and live, Datacate, Inc. is providing you with this update on how we are managing the situation to ensure uninterrupted service and support for our clients.

Datacate continues to monitor the situation and any reports or requirements from the CDC and local, state and federal governments. We have implemented various measures to protect our employees and our clients from potential exposure. For example, we are educating our employees on the risks and signs of the virus, including how to respond in the event of illness. In addition, we have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures, and have established policies to replace in-person meetings with teleconferences wherever possible. Finally, we have instituted a policy allowing for remote work for those employees who can do so without impacting their duties.

We consider the continuity of our clients’ business to be of utmost importance, and we want to assure you that our focus and unwavering dedication will continue. Ensuring the availability of mission-critical services will always be job number one and that will not be compromised in our efforts to be vigilant during this time. Our goal is to continue to deliver the service and support that you depend on while implementing preventative measures to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees.

If you have any questions or concerns about our preparedness or how we can safely meet your service and support needs, please do not hesitate to contact your Datacate sales representative or account manager. We value your business and look forward to continuing to serve you.
