- Miami, florida data center
Datacate offers a multi-homed carrier blend at our Miami location, featuring TW Telecom, Cogent Communications, Level 3 and NLayer. We’ll provision your colo with multi-homed IPv4 and IPv6 address space from our own allocations, or you can bring in your own direct allocation(s), and we’ll either advertise them for you or provide you with a BGP session so you can control your own announcements. In addition to our premium multi-homed bandwidth, you’ll enjoy access to multiple Service Providers and global networks already present in the facility Meet-Me Room (see partial list below).
Located in downtown Miami, our data center is structurally designed to withstand natural disasters. The building is outside the FEMA 100-year designated flood zone and outside the Miami-Dade hurricane evacuation zone. 36 NE 2nd Street is the preeminent Category 5 hurricane international gateway for South American and Latin American international voice, video and data.
Dual 1.5 Megawatt generators with 6,000 gallon fuel capacity ensure that the lights will stay on even during extended utility grid interruptions. Redundant cooling, VESDA and pre-action dry-pipe fire suppression, and 24/7 badge-controlled facility access round out the impressive infrastructure of our Miami offering.
